Summary: The building is overall in good shape. However, the first floor room should have two windows, and not one window and one blocked door. The door doesn’t let much light in. Further, and more importantly, the window should have a shade that pulls up from the bottom, because the current setup allows absolutely no privacy from the very busy street. Otherwise, the room was nicely finished and the ceiling is high.
