We present you a well equipped villa in a very quiet area of the Marina Alta. You can enjoy a peaceful holiday in the mountains of Gata de Gorgos with excellent views of the Montgó de Dènia and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. On clear days you can even see the Islas Baleares. On the ground floor you will find a bright living-dining room with direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and also connects to the Mediterranean garden. There is a guest toilet. The upper floor houses the sleeping area. A master bedroom en suite and a large balcony with awning. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath and shower. Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
This Villa is located on the mountain that divides the towns of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos. It is only 13 Km from Dènia and only 6 Km from the fantastic golf course of La Sella. At only 4 Km you have the village of Gata de Gorgos, an area where you will find many craft shops and good restaurants. This area is well known for its handicrafts with the palm tree, a vegetable fabric that they weave into wonderful souvenirs that you can take home as a souvenir and decorate your house with a Mediterranean touch. If you like sunsets then we recommend a visit to the port area of Xàbia. A fantastic place to stroll around and sit on one of the terraces of the many restaurants available.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement.
