A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, & Avonlea Village. Within a 15 minute drive there are seven local golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

A very unique feature of the Happy Place is that it is two spaces in one, perfect for two couples or families travelling together or grandparents with their family. It allows you to be together and also offers privacy.
