Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted.
Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season (May 26, 2024 - September 4, 2024) there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
