Summary: This was an unorthodox accommodation. It’s not a hotel but rather a collection of hotel style rooms in a building near Galway City Center. There is no onsite staff but rather an off site call center, which had responsive staff. There is no onsite parking but rather nearby street parking. Our room had windows facing a busy street, so we constantly heard cars driving by and pedestrians talking to each other through the night, which made things quite noisy. The location is great and the room itself was clean but we would not stay here again. It had the feel of a high end hostel that charged hotel prices. I feel bad writing this because the staff at the call center was nice and responsive, but I would not recommend this place.
