Summary: We booked two rooms for a family gathering in Edmonton. The king size room was good, but the 2 bedroom was disappointing. The a bathroom area was small and dirty with what looked like blood and hair in the tub/shower drain, and the sink area was very small for getting ready. The furniture and beds were not very comfortable and I woke up with a sore back every day. The quality was cheap all around from the furnishings to the towels. We originally were going to bring our dog which is why we booked at this hotel because they are dog friendly. However I let them know several days before that we were not bringing our dog, yet they still charged us for it. The front reception was friendly and removed the charge no problem but it’s the little things that add up along with all the major construction around it which always kept us in traffic trying to just get to the hotel, that lead us to not leaving a good review. I would not stay here again.
