Positive: This property is a gem. Set in a quiet neighbourhood about a 5 min walk to the old town and a further 5/10 mins down to the beach. We were on a winter sunshine break with our dog and we loved being so accessible to the beach and the town. The main beach and promenade of Estepona is so lovely and we very much enjoyed walking many kms in both directions every day in the warm winter sunshine. The weather wasn’t warm enough to use any of the outside spaces at the house but I would imagine that in the summer they would be wonderful. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts were available to answer any questions at anytime and were very helpful. The parking is easy, a reserved space directly in front of the house. Yes there is a gentle slope down to the town but my hubby and I are active 61 and 69 years old and we didn’t find it any issue at all! We We loved our time here so much we will very likely return next winter. Thank you for a great stay!
Negative: Nothing really. A few very little wear & tear issues that we mentioned to our hosts in case they didn’t know - nothing too dramatic and they’ve said they’ll sort them.
Summary: Great house, brilliant location! We’ll be back!
