Positive: The owners were excellent. Apparently, they purchased the motel recently and are gradually updating the place. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It looked like the vanity and shower were new. The room was very quiet.
Negative: I reserved a king room and was told there were none available; however, the queen bed worked out just fine. There was no phone in the room, as well as no soap or shampoo. Someone probably forgot, but I did go to the wrong room. I thought he said 231 but found out he had said 221. The exterior really needs a lot of work. Probably new paving in the parking lot and lines in the paving. The exterior of the grounds & building need picking up, cleaning and painting. Overall, the place is okay for a one-night stay in a low-cost budget motel. No breakfast. The WIFI did not work in the room. I was able to connect to their WIFI at their office.
Summary: Okay for a one-night stay in a budget motel!
