Summary: We are a group of 7 ladies who visited for a long weekend. The house was clean, spacious & well decorated as pictured. Plenty of parking. We liked the house & location & with attention to a few details it would be a really great rental. Each of the 2 bathrooms has 1 narrow towel rack that fits 1 towel. We were at odds where to hang the other 5 bath towels. Bedding was left in the washer & dryer. There are plenty of plates & silverware but no glasses other than 3 large wine glasses & 5 small mason jars. Severely lacking for a house that sleeps 10. We did not cook but noticed there were very few pans and no baking dishes. That would be a problem had we come with a full house group for a week. There is a nice crockpot, drip coffee maker (no Keurig so we brought ours) and a toaster that works sporadically. The biggest issue was the side by side refrigerator/freezer. All of the shelves were missing from the freezer. The ice maker doesn't work. The doors will not stay closed. If you don't check it constantly the temp rises quickly. We finally ended up tying it closed with a dish towel. This should be replaced immediately. We weren't there long enough to deal with trying to get it replaced. The pool was nice and clean, the deck is due for a power wash. There is a couch and 2 loungers by the pool (photo showed 4 loungers, couch & chair). We were disappointed in the missing seating. To seat the 7 of us we had to bring out dining chairs. The yard is big, new privacy fence a plus.
