One bedroom condo on the seaside, 3 decks, large salt water pool, gourmet kitchen, grocery store half kilometer away, beautiful white sand beach, king size bed, accommodates 2 plus one child under 12. Sofa bed for child. third floor privacy and great views of St Barts and St. Martin. very quiet area and lovely neighbours, office on premises, hospital on island, 36 pristine white sand beaches, many gourmet and beach restaurants. The people of Anguilla are very kind, helpful and pleasant. We lived on the island for 17 years and these were the most fabulous years of our life. The beaches are fantastic, the people kind, the weather perfect and a perfect place for a rest and relaxation. There is a tourist tax and accommodation tax to the government paid at the condo office when on the island. Car rental is recommended as there is no scheduled bus service but taxis are plentiful and reasonable. There is golf and tennis facilities plus many water sport options.
