We are located on the preferred south end of Jaco beach. Let the waves of the Pacific Ocean splash at your feet as you walk 15 minutes up the beach to explore the many shops and restaurants in the thriving downtown section of Jaco. After your day of adventure, make sure to relax with a drink around the pool, before heading out to the beach to watch the most amazing sunsets over the Pacific ocean, marking yet another perfect day in Paradise!!
Accommodations:
Our home has 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and is decorated and totally furnished to the highest level. The master bedroom comes with a romantic four-poster queen size bed, 2 dressers, 43" LCD Tv, Ac, ceiling fan, and a very large private en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, 24" LCD Tv, Ac, ceiling fan, full armoire, dresser and its own en suite bathroom as well. The great room is furnished with a Wi-Fi, cable connected 55" google Smart Tv, new couch and rattan chair, Dining Room, Ac, twin ceiling fans and many other high-end finishes. A full hall bathroom is adjoining the great room as well. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters with a sit down bar and is furnished with Shaker Cabinets, and full size GE appliances. A full size washer/dryer, sink and cabinet storage are located in the laundry room just off the kitchen. A private Lanai located off the great/dining room area overlooks the pool and tropically landscaped courtyard. A manicured walk behind our building provides your private gated and lighted access to the beach.
