This stylish 3-bed apartment with private pool is situated right on the seafront on the popular Turtle Bay development. The spacious open-plan living area has a large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable lounge area with TV, all opening onto a large shaded poolside terrace with comfortable patio furniture. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The villa is fitted with Wifi and is fully air-conditioned throughout. Outside, the private pool has roman steps. There are lovely sea views from the pool terrace.
The popular seafront Turtle Bay development is situated near the village of Esentepe, only 2 km from the Korineum Golf and Beach Club. The development has an on-site office and a host of facilities, including private beach with parasols, two café/bars, indoor and outdoor gyms, tennis courts, mini-golf and a childrens’ playground – perfect for families.
The nearby Korineum Golf and Country Club is an international standard 18-hole championship course with stunning views of the Mediterranean. The 72-par course was carved from the natural forest of umbrella pines and olive trees on the slopes of the Beşparmak mountains, and is designed to challenge all standards and ages. There is a fabulous driving range, 3 dedicated training holes, luxurious clubhouse that rivals any 5-star facility in the world, a pro-shop, restaurant, bar, spa and gym facilities. History is everywhere – this corner of Cyprus is dotted with well-preserved ruins. If you like walking, you will find miles of empty mountain tracks and ridge paths, with hilltop Crusader castles to explore along the way. There is so much to see. If you just want to relax on a beach, then there are lots to choose from, from sophisticated beach clubs to small deserted coves all along this splendid coast.

Summary: Nice location, Nice Villa but in need of a little T L C. It was just my wife and I who had stayed so there was plenty of room. To summarise, the downstairs shower did not work and the pool shower was also broken, there was a broken hammock that was just pulled to one side and an old rusty clothes airer that couldn’t be used. I did email the agent and was told they would collect but I said I have pulled it to one side and was no longer in my way and they could remove once we vacated the villa. The sun beds are nice but we did not use the sun bed mats as they were dirty, smelly and worn. The water tank pump was faulty, we had to prime the pump every time we used the shower or toilet, I did mention to the manager on our first day but he said it will be fine once you start using it regularly. We just got on with it as we did not want to be disturbed anymore. The upstairs outside sun canopy was broken and was quite annoying as it would flap in the wind whilst we were trying to sleep, I was a bit concerned that it would fall and possibly injure someone, so we just steered clear of the area. Just a few tweaks and it would be perfect, the location is nice and the villa has plenty of potential. The pool is lovely and well maintained, the patio furniture is nice and comfortable but the cushions are in need of a clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We had a lovely break and a lovely time and if the faults were rectified i would definitely stay there again. We had arranged with the agent our transfers to and from Larnaca airport and they were very reliable and professional.
