The first floor features an open concept floor plan with full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, and 6-person dining table. With the addition of the breakfast bar, you can host up to 9 comfortably. The living room features a comfortable sectional couch, fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is also a reading nook under the stairs that offers fabulous views of the lake. Just off this space, head out to your private patio equipped with chairs, table, and grill, along with a spacious side yard for outdoor play! Start your morning slow as the sun comes up over the course or grill up a great meal for family and friends. The first floor also features a guest bedroom and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo.
