Our house/apartment is unique and special
* Due to its capacity, 7 people can be accommodated, spaciously and comfortably.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with bathtub and shower, one of them is in the large Suite. The bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, hand soap, body gel and shampoo. It also has an iron and ironing table and clothes hangers.
The living room has spacious sofas and armchairs and has a large flat-screen Smart TV. In the dining room, the large table allows you to eat spaciously and enjoy quiet after-dinner meals.
*For its services: The entire house is heated with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for convenience with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven and microwave. It has crockery, glasses, cups, stemware and various kitchen utensils, including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and filter coffee maker or kettle, pots and pans.

*Due to its location, by car we are: 12 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona, 10 minutes from the Johan Cruyff stadium where the Barcelona women's team plays.
Very close it has all the services such as supermarkets, food and fruit stores and a bakery-farm, all within a 1-minute walk. There is also the municipal market with varied and ecological products. All of this right next to the Falguera palace and its park. There are several supermarkets with long hours open from very early until 11 at night.
