The doorbell camera faces the outside of the apartment and records for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with or touch any of the security devices.
This is a pet-friendly property, but prior approval is required. You’ll need to provide your pet’s vaccine record, photo, and breed for approval. If approved, there’s a $15/day fee per pet (maximum of one pet allowed per reservation). Failure to disclose pets will incur a $500 fee.
Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests to avoid any penalties. Unauthorized guests or pets may lead to early termination of your stay without a refund, or a $50 charge per night per guest/pet.
