Welcome to Urban Beach Retreats, Group Accommodation Victoria. This expansive holiday rental has a warm & cosy relaxed feel to the entire home & is fully furnished.
Located in a fabulous and highly convenient position, only 300m from the shoreline on the gorgeous Mornington Peninsula. With the convenience of the new Peninsula Link, it’s only 89km ( just over an hours drive) from Melbourne’s CBD.
With 5 full sized family bedrooms within the home, able to accomodate up to 18 people, yet still giving everyone space, also has a garden bungalow making up the 6th bedroom and can accomodate up to a further 7 people, this large home can accommodate up to 25 guests in 16 separate beds. So for small or large groups this house will suit you.
This expansive home with its comfortable lay-back surroundings is located in one of the best coastal positions, for you to relax and make memories.

Some Public holiday weekends are a 3-4 night stay.
Accommodation check-in and check-out time can be negotiable, however it's dependent on the booking dates. Corporate and charitable bookings are well looked after in terms of arrival and departure times.
Inclusions & Exclusions:
* Accommodation base rates are for up to 18 guests (including adults & children).
* Additional costs may be incurred for extra adult guests over and above 18 guests
(children under 18 years of age are not charged over and above 18 guests.)
* Choice of linen/towels packages available depending on group numbers (optional extra cost).
* The Outdoor Heated Spa is professionally serviced before and after your visit (optional extra cost).
* Spa/Beach towels are not included.
* Tea Towels, hand towels and bathmats, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, 3
toilet rolls per toilet, and hand soap is all provided during your stay.
* All Bookings include 4 hours of general cleaning.
* BBQ must be cleaned prior to departure by the booking guests.
* 4 hours of general cleaning. Excess cleaning is charged as per T&C's.

We welcome all guests at our accommodation but please note, whilst you may be on your holidays, our neighbours are not. Please feel free to enjoy all this relaxing home has to offer, but if your looking for a loud party house... this is NOT the place for you.
We have many and varied groups and enjoyable occasions celebrated at the house, from hens nights to sporting celebrations, birthdays and intimate weddings. Everyone thoroughly enjoys their stay as long as they respect the neighbourhood in which they are celebrating.
