Quiet, safe, family neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to convenient stores, Thai restaurant, pizza, nail salon, chiropractor etc. Driving distance to restaurants, shopping. Upscale Topanga Village is a great place to hang out, dine and shop. Costco in same location as well.Close to freeways.

-Absolutely no disturbance to our neighbors .Do not park in front of their driveways, or throw trash in their bins or create a ruckus on the street.
-All trash need to be put in respective bins. Blue/grey for recycling ,
black for trash and green for yard waste.
-Please be very respectful of the property. Any damages to the property will be charged .
