The villa dates back to the end of the 18th century and was created to celebrate the love between the the poet and musician Marquis Silvio della Valle di Casanova and artist Sophie Browne. The two lovers created a 'garden of dreams' together and converted the private chapel into a modern home that oozes character and charm.
Inside, the accommodation in this Pallanza villa rental is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, guests will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The style is contemporary and modern. There are two comfortable sofas, a dining table seating six and a piano. A log burning stove is perfect for those staying in the Winter months. Doors lead to the garden and terrace.
A spiral staircase in the centre of the room leads up to a mezzanine floor. Here a sofa is arranged opposite a large flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights.
