This villa is located in a quiet and residential area, only 5 minutes away from the most popular touristic spot of the island. Here you will find the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything you need for an ideal holiday.
The exterior of the house has a swimming pool and a garden area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun, as well as a furnished area to enjoy a good barbecue. The interior of the villa is equipped with a large and bright living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, allowing up to 12 guests to stay in total comfort.
It also has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at your disposal.
Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.
