This beautiful rural villa integrated into its surroundings, consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people, and on the same 900 square meter plot there is also an additional apartment for 4 people.
The main house, laid out in one storey, can accommodate up to 9 people. In this main part of Villa Candela we find three bedrooms with air conditioning; one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a bunk bed that also becomes a trundle bed and can accommodate 3 people, a sofa bed in the living roomas well as two full bathrooms with shower.
It has a very well equipped kitchen with oven, utensils, toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Likewise, you will be able to benefit from a dining area and a living room, equipped with Smart TV, with satellite channels and internet connection throughout the whole house.
At Villa Candela, you will be able to enjoy a wonderful semi-covered terrace, set up for outdoor meals, with its own outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in barbecue, fridge, dining area, and everything you need to get the most out of your group vacation or as a family on the island of Gran Canaria. Villa Candela has surveillance cameras oriented to the pool and barbecue area and the main entrance to the property.
On the same plot there is an additional apartment with capacity for 4 people, which has a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed for two people. In addition, this apartment has a kitchen and bathroom with a separate shower, which gives it an air of privacy with respect to the main house.

ATTENTION:
1. Please note that the main house can accommodate up to 9 guests (2 of them sleeping on the sofa in the living room).
2. If you want to have the the secondary apartment open with an occupancy of less than 10 people, please note that the prices according to the occupancy of 10 to 13 people will be applied.
3. If your reservation is for 9 people or less, you will only have access to the main house and it is possible that the secondary apartment accommodates tenants from outside your group.
4. Only if your reservation is made for 10 or more guests, will the secondary apartment be opened to you.
** No parties or events are allowed.
** 1 Pet is allowed paying a fee of 100€ per stay
** Guests must pay a deposit of 1'000.00 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
