The property itself consists of two floors; a main distributed in a large bright living room with access to the interior terrace of the house, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and interior terrace provided with dining room and panoramic views of the sea and the neighboring islands On the upper floor we find a loft bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. The interior of the house is characterized by its breadth and the warmth transmitted by the wood used in its construction, which makes it more cozy even if it fits. Already in the outside area we find a private heated pool, solarium with sun beds and an outdoor terrace that surrounds the front of the villa provided with barbecue table, ideal to enjoy with family the sumptuous sunsets of this area of the island.
