Summary: There was a tropical storm Alber came in and a lot of flooding onto the property parking lot. The roads were closed and we were unable to get in or out. I informed staff that we were needing to leave in the event of an emergency And they tried moving us to Rockport which had even MORE flooding!! We were unable to get a refund so basically had to wait it out. Long story short be sure if there is any chance of a storm coming in to cancel otherwise it will be severely flooded in!
