Villa Dunas is a brand new 2-storey semi-detached villa of excellent quality, with thermal insulation, solar powered hot water system and air conditioning in all areas. The plot is completely fenced and surrounded by cypress trees and a gate leads to the entrance and to a private parking space. The ground floor consists of a bright living / dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and, in addition to the kitchen, there is a utility room with a washing machine. Large sliding glass doors lead to the terrace with table and chairs for al fresco meals, the brick barbecue and the enjoyment area: the Private Pool of 6.4x4x1.45 / 1.55 m. heated with solar energy and internal hydraulic circuit. Its filtering is permanent thanks to a system that uses solar energy and its disinfection is carried out with an automatic salt water electrolysis system. It is lined with nice blue mosaics with Roman steps and a bench. The area is surrounded by a large garden / solarium with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for children. There is also an outdoor shower that heats the water with solar energy.
The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a 1.50x1.90 m bed. en suite bathroom, air conditioning and panoramic views, a room with two beds of 0.90x1.90 m with air conditioning and a large solarium terrace overlooking the pool area, and a children's room with two beds of 0.80x1.80 m. also with air conditioning. There is another full bathroom with shower for these rooms.
