The structure, able to accommodate up to 14 people, is equipped with every comfort, including a Spa and private parking, satellite Tv system, Appletv, wi-fi connection and air conditioning. Throughout the complex, great use was made of Moltrasio stone, partly plastered and partly exposed, and large glazed openings that offer brightness and liveliness to the interiors.
The uniqueness of the decoration, of the style and of the exclusive furnishings, integrate perfectly with the modern and rationalist style of the villa.
Outside you will also find a heated lake-view pool (8.5 x 3 meters) with a hot tub while a wellness and spa area, with Jacuzzi and sauna, will be ready to pamper you and let you enjoy moments of relaxation in the indoor spaces where they are there is also a cinema area with 60 “tv and connection to Sky and a cellar.
