The Villa is in a quiet and silent area with amazing sea and mountains views.
Large windows and balcony doors, a high ceiling in the living room provide spaciousness and plenty of sun.
In front of terrace is covered with pergolas providing shade.
The pool is shared with only other two villas.
The garden on three sides of the villa is private to you. On the fourth side of the villa, next to the wall, there is the neighbor's villa.

The two-story villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. Bedrooms have French balconies.
The large L-shaped room on the ground floor of the villa has a living room on one side and a fully equipped kitchen on the other. There is also 1 toilet on the ground floor. There are large balconies outside the living room and kitchen.
The villa has two bedrooms and open plan kitchen with living room. Also there is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower in the top floor and half bathroom with toilet and sink in the ground floor. The free washing machine is in the half bathroom.
