The house is a renovated semi-detached house (the other half is owned by the same owners and nobody lives there). The old stone house has kept some elements that give a special charm and will satisfy even the most demanding guests modernly equipped with designer furniture and plenty of light in the living room. Only a few minutes from the house there is a shop and some good restaurants, in Rovinj there are various sports and entertainment offers.
