Contemporary Mediterranean style meets holiday vibes at Villa Trevino! Located on Bogue Sound you will be just a short distance from the inlet. From the striking landscape, to the outdoor living space, to the gourmet kitchen every detail will contribute to an unforgettable stay. After a day on the water come home to a gorgeous private in ground pool (may be heated for an additional $625, ask your Property Manager for details) and hot tub. The outdoor living space is perfect for entertaining with a gas grill, fireplace, ample seating and plenty of room to spread out. Weather permitting open the accordion doors and bring the sea air inside. The views are stunning! Inside you will enjoy a gourmet kitchen, comfortable living space and downstairs recreation room with kitchen amenities. Four bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

First Floor- Entertainment area with Smart TV, pool table and kitchen including full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and ice maker. The doors open up to the private terrace and pool area. On this level you will find a full size washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with ensuite, Smart TV and private veranda. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed. A full bath connects Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
Second Floor - Living room with stunning views of Bogue Sound, fireplace and Smart TV. The dining room has accordion doors that open to the outside dining area, weather permitting. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances including an 8 burner gas cooktop, double wall ovens, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Half bath.
Second Floor Primary - Spacious and private with king size bed and fireplace. This sanctuary opens up to a private veranda overlooking the pool and Bogue Sound. The primary bath has a walk in shower and sauna. A seperate soaking tub completes the ensuite.
Additional features include whole house surround sound, high speed internet and cable TV, car charging station in garage, gym, whole house reverse osmosis system, inside dining for 6 plus seating for 6 at the bar with additional dining outside, ~1900 sq.ft of covered outdoor living.
