The house consists of a large living room with mahogany floors, with two fireplaces and a large terrace with imposing views, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, library and small toilet. Four bedrooms, all en suite, satellite TV and with details that make them unique. Two are located on the upper floor and two on the lower floor, - this also has independent access from the parking area (if you want a greater independence) -, between the two floors of bedrooms, is located the living room and kitchen. Terrace elevated with swimming pool (SWIMMING POOL WITHOUT CHLORINE) and chill-out area, with all the Bay of Palma before your eyes, barbecue, refrigerator, armchairs and loungers to relax.
