Summary: The property was very close to the Orange County Convention Center where we needed to be all day Saturday. Check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect for one adult with their young child, the 2nd bedroom with the king bed was perfect for the other adult, and the third bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for the teenager. Each bedroom had its own tv, as did the living room. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (in terms of silverware, cutting knives, plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, etc.). The Nespresso machine worked but is quite loud. I would recommend to the host that all of the mattress covers be replaced. The balcony was a lovely place to have morning coffee. The community is gated, very quiet, dog-friendly, and I felt safe walking at night. We would definitely rent this place again!
