Cozy up in one of our authentic Mid-Century efficiencies! They may be smaller, but they pack a BIG design. Built in the 1950's, each unit is approximately 400 sq. ft. and has been perfectly renovated in 2021 to incorporate 1 master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a twin day bed and roll-out trundle, full bathroom, living room area with foldout sofa bed, and kitchenette. We lovingly renovated this building with all the modern amenities in mind, but we also love its original quirks & charm! Each efficiency is stocked full of items you just may need at your home away from home.
But size doesn't matter because with a location like this, you will love to spend most of your time exploring your surroundings! Our property sits on an acre with 400' of direct waterfront on the Indian River Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning, and the views from each efficiency will not disappoint. At any given time during the summer season, you'll see all the water-life activities just looking out your window - boating, fishing, kayaking, tubing, jet skiing, and more. Each efficiency has its own patio seating right outside the door, and make sure to bring your fun outdoor activities and games because the yard is there for you to use as well! If you're looking to go out on the water yourself, there is a public boat ramp less than 1 mile from us! It's peaceful living out here if you're looking for a quiet place to work or relax, but we also recommend having a good time at the popular Paradise Grill located just around the corner on the water or visiting downtown Lewes or Rehoboth Beach, which are just a short drive! You can shop tax-free at the outlets, visit the local beaches, or hop around enjoying all the local restaurants and bars.
Each unit is beautifully staged and equipped. If you prefer to bring your own linens/towels, please let us know and we will take those out of the unit. There are two designated parking spaces available per unit. If you have any other questions, please just send us a message!
*Please note, our primary home is also located on the property. Just like the efficiencies, we are excitedly renovating our 100-year-old farmhouse! Therefore, there may be renovation activity happening at any given time. We also live there and will have guests of our own. Our area is fenced off and private to us. Please respect our privacy. Guests can contact us from 7AM - 9PM via phone call/text, unless immediate emergency.
