WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Amazing, quiet location that's super close to downtown Fort Lauderdale & near the beach! Spacious 5 bedroom home with a heated pool & situated on over 100 feet of waterfront. Extremely modern kitchen with tons of natural light & fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Master bedroom features a private balcony & custom walk in closet. All bedrooms have smart TVs and blackout blinds.
THE SPACE:
Total of 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Fully stocked home with extra linens, bedding, & towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for use. Garage has been converted a game room - pool table and dart board!
GUEST ACCESS:
Fishing is permitted on the intracoastal. Boat pick up/drop is allowed and private rentals can be accommodated in advance. Inquire for details. NO GARAGE PARKING - converted to game room.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Tranquil location that's super close proximity to Hortt park - basketball courts, playground, & recreation center with outdoor fitness equipment. Close to Las Olas Blvd & downtown Fort Lauderdale.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please be mindful of the neighbors. No loud noise after 11pm. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
