Cape cod style house built in 1990. Panoramic views of Casco Bay Islands. Main level consist of a living room dining room kitchen area with all sliding glass windows and a full bath and bedroom. Second floor has two bedrooms and a half bath. Lower level living/family room with sliding doors to patio has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. This is a new listing with VRBO, we have two other abutting houses VRBO#2142376 and VRBO#1971883. Please check out the reviews. Additional fee for over six occupants.

Summary: The house is located on one of the best spots on the island. Beach right in front with Fun tide pools to explore. House was clean. Had everything we needed. Eric was very communicative before during and after our stay.
