Looking for a spot to Glamp that's only 30 minutes to Austin? This is the spot. You have 10+acres to hike, ride your toys around and get lost in the woods. Zip lines and tree houses, swings etc throughout.
Thousands of oak trees and a creek on the lower part of the property. You will have use of our 40' RV and 1600 square foot deck. Make a fire on the pit or just hang out with friends. Dirt Toys are okay just check with us first. The RV has all the amenities. Residential fridge, large screen TV's, full size oven, beautiful awning, washer/dryer and everything else you need. Sleeps 4 comfortably, but you can send the kids out to the deck or tents and have some much-needed rest. Never disappoints. Bring the dogs and your pew-pews just be smart. Fair warning, cell service is spotty at best. You are OFF THE GRID. There are wild pigs, Eagles, coyotes, bobcats, snakes and even a mountain lion (he’s a vagrant) on the property. Keep an eye on your pets. There are predators here.
If you have a squeamish wife (or husband) leave it at home.
We have had some wonderful feedback from guests but please remember this is rustic camping in a nice RV. BUT it’s camping first and foremost. We keep the Rv clean and stocked with stuff to cook.
Bring your own sheets and pillows. If you’re gathering firewood on the property please only pick up wood off the ground. There’s way more firewood than you could ever burn so use as much as you’d like.
We keep the propane full but it would be a good idea to bring your own small bottle. The closest place for propane is ~20 minutes away.
Dirt toys? Do not tear up the paved road or act wild in the creek. This is a huge property and we want to keep our neighbors happy so others can continue to use it.
Hot Tub? We try very hard to keep it clean but if it continues to be neglected or abused we have to take it out. Will update posting if it has to go.
Planning an event? Let us know prior to and we can setup the 220 power on the deck to your needs. We have had lots of rustic weddings here and folks love it. It’s just a beautiful piece of land.
