The Great Room has a view of the Gulf, full dining table, card table, futon that sleeps 2, comfy chair for lounging, and 40" flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes gorgeous, granite countertops with new stainless steel appliances and an eat-in counter that seats 4. The bedroom is light and airy with a view of the gulf, queen size bed, and 32" flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a travertine, stand up shower.
The Egret includes a balcony and landing for private outside seating, a semi-private patio area for grilling and dining, and a private washer/dryer. All linens, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils plus beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use. Off-street parking for one car.

Summary: Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We weren’t even parked there. Maybe some kind of visual sign the guest could put in the windshield would help. We really lucked out by being able to park on the other side of the building completely, since no one was in that unit..
