Relax and rejuvenate in privacy on our peaceful property located on 8 acres. Enjoy the amenities of our 3 bedroom,(4 beds), 2 bath 1900 sq. ft. home, newly remodeled and furnished this summer for comfort, coziness, and Pacific Northwest ambience for our guests.
Located just 8 minutes from downtown Sequim, you'll have access to all the amenities the area has to offer including incredible hiking, beaches, lakes, the Olympic Discovery Trail, the Dungeness River, wildlife viewing, and much more.

Welcome to Sequim and the Olympic Peninsula where you can stay at our beautifully appointed home. Our home has plenty of space for vacationing with family and friends. Relax here and explore and experience all the Peninsula holds.
What our home offers:
Downstairs
We ask that guests enter through the side door. There is an electronic keypad entry, and we will provide the code to you before you arrive. You'll find hooks to hang your clothes on in the entry hall, a bench, and a space to leave your shoes. We ask that guests do not wear their street shoes in the house, but please feel free to bring your favorite slippers or warm socks. If you have wet outerwear, please hang it on the hooks outside the door. There is a small desk where you'll find information to help you enjoy your stay.
The spacious living room is the perfect place for gathering and relaxing, doing a puzzle, or playing board games. The new 65" TV has satellite service and access to streaming channels. (You will need to log on to the streaming channels with your own accounts.) There is a DVD player, and we have stocked a number of DVDs for your enjoyment. The western facing wall has a bank of large windows looking out on an open grassy area surrounded by beautiful trees. It's a great place to watch wildlife or just enjoy the changes each new season brings.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a wide assortment of pots and pans, baking dishes, roasting pans with a rack, a small Le Cruset Dutch oven, Instapot, slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster oven, toaster, cooking utensils, cutting boards, Henckels knives, a small vegetable chopper, utensils and serving bowls needed to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner...or cook a holiday feast. We have enough plates and utensils for a large group, and we provide paper napkins. We provide premium whole bean coffee (Pete's, Starbucks, The Organic Coffee Company Gorilla Decaf, etc.), a coffee grinder, a drip coffee maker, a French press, a Keurig coffee maker and pods, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate and assorted teas. The kichen is stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, and a variety of spices. There is a full size dishwasher as well as a small countertop dish rack along with dishtowels, oven mitts and pot holders. We also have an ice cream maker! And if you let us know before you arrive, we can place the interior bowl in the freezer for you so it's ready to use. Please note that we are on a well, which has a filter. But we also provide an Elite Brita water filter pitcher, which will be in the refrigerator for your use.
The dining room table seats eight people comfortably when you add both leaves. We will include the extra leaf and two extra chairs with larger parties.
The two counters provide sitting or dining space for 5 people. Views from the surrounding windows around the dining table offer a lovely panorama of the outside grounds.
The downstairs bedroom features a California king size bed with soft cotton linens, multiple pillows, a down comforter enclosed in a freshly laundered duvet or top sheet, a closet with storage, a small computer desk with chair, a smaller smart TV, built in shelves, a small dresser, and two large foldable luggage racks. Adjustable blinds can completely block out all light.
There is one bathroom on the bottom floor, which features a raised bowl sink, toilet and walk in shower. Fresh cotton towels will be provided as well as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body gel.
The washer and dryer are also on the bottom floor and are available for your convenience.
Upstairs
The upstairs master bedroom features an attached sitting room with a love seat and coffee table for reading or working, a king size bed, soft cotton linens, multiple pillows, a down comforter encased in a freshly laundered duvet or top sheet, a dresser, closet, chair, two foldable luggage racks, and a new 43" smart TV. The master bedroom ceiling is vaulted with a ceiling fan, and the southern facing wall has cathedral windows with a fabulous view of the surrounding landscape. Please note that the adjustble blinds do not cover the top windows, so indirect sunlight will lighten the room in the morning.
The third upstairs bedroom features a queen size bed with soft cotton sheets, multiple pillows, a down comforter encased in a freshly laundered duvet or top sheet, dresser and vaulted ceilings, adjustable blinds that can block all light, a small stool, hooks to hang clothing items, and two foldable luggage racks.
There is also a small den that can be used as a movie room, work area or sleeping area. We have included a cushy loveseat, chair and assorted pillows. The loveseat folds out to a twin sized bed if needed, and we can provide a memory foam topper, linens and pillow. There is also a new 43" smart T.V DVD player, children's movies on DVD, games, a yoga mat, exercise ball and light hand weights.
The upstairs bathroom has a raised bowl sink, toilet and walk in shower. Fresh cotton towels are provided as well as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body gel.
Our property has satellite-based Internet.
Outside
Our guests are welcome to explore the 8 acre property . There are pathways through the wooded areas, and you can wander around the open field and enjoy the landscaped areas. The property has an abundent diversity of trees and foliage--left from a previous owner who owned a nursery. We have many mature azaleas and rhododendruns and a number of large Japanese maple trees surrounding the home, which are absolutely gorgeous in the different seasons.
Please note that there are patches of blackberry canes with thorns on the property as well as the occasional stinging nettle. The ground can be uneven off of the pathways and ivy vines can pose a challenge if you're not careful when walking off path. We have a beautiful secluded pond which is enjoyed by many wild birds; and though it is a man made pond, it is in a "natural" state. Please exercise caution.
The outdoor area also features a propane fire table and spots to sit and enjoy the beauty and listen to the birds.
There is plenty of parking in the covered car port and long driveway for 3 to 4 cars or more. There is room for a small RV if that's how you're traveling, but no hookups are provided.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property with the exception of a small closet under the stairs. There are several locked outbuildings on the property.
Other things to note
We do not allow smoking, E-cigarettes or pets, and we ask that guests remove their shoes in the house.
