To the north from the bedroom onto the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Schleimünde, and to the south from the living room and terrace onto the harbour of Port Olpenitz and the passing sailing ships! This flat is really an ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT!
The flat is located on the shore of the Schlei and thus offers an unobstructed view to the south of the entire harbour area as well as to the north of the Schlei.
The distance to the water is 5 m to the front and only approx. 15 m to the rear....
