This cozy, beachy unit is a great getaway. With gorgeous water views from the marina balcony or screened-in patio facing the Intracoastal, you'll want to spend all your time outside. It is a short drive to downtown St. Augustine or the beaches at Vilano.

This is not a pet-friendly unit.
Cancellations (updated July 10, 2024): A down payment is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel a reservation seven days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night’s base rental rate in the unit reserved. If you reserved before July 10, 2024, please refer to the cancellation policy sent to you.
Smoking is allowed on balconies or patios only. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.
Rates are based upon double occupancy (two guests). There is a fee of $15 per additional adult guest (12 years and up).
