Summary: My husband and I booked the property for a quick weekend trip to Galena. The property was easy to find and the check-in process was very quick. Upon arrival I noticed that the room was clean and seemed to be exactly as described. The room was very spacious and had everything in the small kitchen area that we could ever need. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were not up to par. There was a parking lot light that faced directly into the room all night long. The blinds covering the door did not have the rod required to close them, so we had to remove the rod and attach it to each blind in order to close them. There was a soda bottle on the patio area with cigarettes floating in it. I'm sure this was an oversight by housekeeping, but, yuck! The fireplace was inoperable as well as the jetted tub, as the attached plug in the tub was broken. Had these few things been in proper working condition, I would have given the property 5 stars. It's disappointing to pay for amenities that are not operable and are advertised as if they are. Overall, it was an okay property.
