Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
A £50 fine per guest will be charged for anyone found smoking indoors.
Guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Tampering with fire safety equipment (e.g smoke detectors) will result in a £200 fine, immediate eviction, and no refund.
If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building – and remember to take your keys with you to avoid being locked out.
