The pristine setting of Settlers Creek coupled with ample space inside this executive townhome featuring impeccable amenities are sure to make your Keystone experience and unforgettable one! The townhome itself is laid out over three floors at nearly 1,500 square feet. The ground floor has a nice entryway with plenty of storage for coats and gear. The second story is the main living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows. The kitchen is on this level with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There's a dining room table with seating for six and and a cozy living room with a sleek style featuring a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and leather furniture! There is a great patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain views.
The primary bedroom is on the main level with a comfy King bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a duel sink vanity, a large glass shower and a separate tub and a separate water closet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms that share a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and the other bedroom has two twin beds with a TV. There's also a stacked washer and dryer on this level.
Minnie's Cabin is the exclusive clubhouse for Settlers Creek guests! Relax in luxury in the quaint log cabin among leather sofas in front of a roaring gas fireplace. Challenge your friends to a game of pool and catch the big game on the flat screen TV. There is a wet bar with a mini fridge, restrooms and showers. Wander outside to the year round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, and warm up in front of the outdoor gas fireplace with a cup of cocoa. Enjoy hiking or biking on one of the many nearby scenic trails, or take a short drive to explore Arapahoe National Forest. The free Keystone shuttle bus also picks up at Settlers Creek every 20 minutes to take you to the slopes!
