The interior features a bright, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, wood floors and a wall of windows that highlight the spectacular scenery. The living/family room has plenty of comfortable seating with a 55" HDTV. Adjacent to the family room is the dining area with seating for 6 and is open to the kitchen. There are 2 counter height chairs for additional seating at the breakfast bar. You'll appreciate the well appointed, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless appliances
There is a guest room on the first floor 2 Queen beds. Other highlights include Netflix and deck access. There is a hall access full bath with tub/shower combo and hair dryer. The primary bedroom with a new king bed is on the second level plus access to a private deck with golf course views and HDTV w/Netflix. The primary bath is en suite with single vanity, walk-in shower and hair dryer.
A stacked washer/dryer is available for your convenience. Out on the main deck there is a dining table with umbrella and a gas grill below for bbqing. This home is also welcomes up to (1) dog with required additional fees of $35/nt to apply.
Relax on the decks with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views. Walk the 3.5 miles of beach or bike to the Racquet Club for a game of pickleball or tennis. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
