The property comprises an open plan lounge and dining room. It has a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dolce gusto coffee machine, please bring your own pods.
Off the kitchen there is a kids games room with a large smart TV and WiiU with numerous games.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The master with king bed and large screen TV plus a twin bedroom with TV.
There is a good sized bathroom with bath and separate shower and vanity sink.
Outside there is parking at the rear for one car at the rear and additional street parking at the front. There is a courtyard garden.
All TVs are either smart TVs or are fitted with firesticks so that guests can log into Netflix etc with their own log in.
The property is walking distance (roughly 5 mins) from the centre of Great Ayton and near the beautiful Roseberry Topping (1.4 miles.) The market town of Stokesley is 3.5miles from the property and Guisborough with its picturesque priory is 5.2 miles away
There are a selection of wonderful beaches a short drive from the property including Saltburn 10.2 miles away.
The property will be professionally cleaned by Rooms of Stokesley in between guests and will be 'fogged' in between stays.
