You will feel right at home when you arrive at Sunrise Villa. With some of the best views in the greater Phoenix area, reaching all the way to the Boulders in Carefree and the Four Peaks mountains. To top it off you will often see hot air balloon’s drifting overhead during sunrise. When it's time to sit and relax take in the views from the outdoor dining area. This is just the place to enjoy the desert views with a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.
The space
Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish home. The boho desert vibe will make you feel right at home in Arizona. Cozy up on the West Elm sofa and watch something on the Roku TV. If you don’t feel like going out to one of the delicious restaurants in near by Cave Creek. No worries you can swing by one of the grocery stores close by and make a meal at home. You will find the home well stocked with everything you need in the full kitchen. Including coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, regular coffee, decaf coffee, assorted tea bags, sweeteners, and creamer to start your morning off right before an amazing day exploring.
Each bedroom sleeps two and is furnished with a queen sized memory foam mattress. You will find extra pillows and blankets available to make sure you get a great nights rest.

There is a great hike right from the house. It is a short .6 of a mile hike up a steep hill which rewards you with an amazing view from 2,400’. The Sonora Preserve is or short bike ride away. Which offers 36 miles of hiking and biking trails. But for the rest of your adventuring a car would be necessary. With quick highway access its an easy drive to Cave Creek, Scottsdale, Down Town Pheonix, Gilbert, Sedona and so much more.

There is plenty of parking for 2 vehicles, a boat, motorcycle, ATV, RV, inclosed trailer, horse trailer or flatbed trailer. If you have any questions about the parking space available pleases don’t hesitate to ask.
Please note there is NO access to the pool or spa. The private fully fenced pool and spa on the property are for the exclusive use of the main house. Please respect the privacy of those staying in the main house.
