Summary: The bus is right outside which makes this place beyond convenient. The tube is a 10-12min walk but in an overall safe area. Roland was incredibly kind and walked us through some very minor inconveniences and recommended great restaurants that we enjoyed. His communication from day 1 was stellar. Only downfall is the amount of stairs but this is London after all… almost every place will have a similar setup. My kids enjoyed it, my 70 year old parents had no complaints and my wife and I were so pleased with its ability to accommodate everyone of all ages and needs. Bonus points: you can see the eye of London from the 3rd floor balcony. It’s a distance but we could clearly see the NYE fireworks.
