Situated in Givrand, a commune listed in the "Concours des villages fleuris", in a magnificent natural area just 15 minutes' walk from the wild beaches, the 4* Domaine de Beaulieu campsite welcomes you for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation!
You'll be staying just 3 km from the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, with its sardine-fishing port, long beach, old quarters and pedestrian streets, making it a pleasant, renowned maritime town.
This friendly, human-scale campsite boasts a beautiful aquatic area with a large swimming pool, partly covered and heated in winter, paddling pools, a relaxation area, a solarium and, for the more adventurous, outdoor slides.
Clearly geared to families with young children, there's no club atmosphere here with a crazy program! In summer, the entertainment is simple and fun for all, but the main attraction here is the tranquillity. Take advantage of your stay to try your hand at a variety of sporting activities, and maybe even discover a new one.
Whether you're looking for basic necessities, comfort or pleasure, the many services on offer will enhance your stay.
The forest road bordering the campsite is an ideal starting point for bike rides along the "Vendée en vélo" itineraries.

Bed layout and decoration may also vary. - Aquatic area description:The 4* Domaine de Beaulieu offers an aquatic area comprising a large round heated swimming pool (20 m in diameter), half of which is covered.
Inside, there's also a paddling pool (6 m in diameter) with water games for the little ones, and a bubble bath for a relaxing break.
On sunny days, the outdoor pool area awaits you for a few lengths. A second paddling pool is there for little swimmers, and the 3 slides ensure a few hours of aquatic fun! And don't forget the deckchairs with their armrests outstretched for lounging in the sun...
Dates and opening hours: open from 01/05 to 15/09, 10am to 7pm.
NB: Swimming shorts are forbidden. Bathing suit or boxer shorts compulsory. Wristbands must be worn. Supervised swimming in July/August only.

Access to the aquatic areas may be subject to restrictions, depending on weather and sanitary conditions, and any maintenance work in progress at the time of your stay. - Entertainment:In low season, the emphasis is on calm and relaxation, but the pace quickens in summer. In July/August and 6 days a week, thanks to a motivated and ultra-dynamic entertainment team, you'll never see the time go by, whether during the day or in the evening!
In the mornings, teenagers and adults can enjoy a gentle muscular awakening at the pool, while afternoons promise action-packed sports tournaments and team games for all.
To round off the day in style, come and enjoy concerts, lotto evenings, magic shows and cabaret, which will keep you entertained well into the evening. And if you're a dance aficionado, there's a dance party just for you.
Let off steam and enjoy yourself to the rhythm of the many activities on offer: the inevitable game of pétanque (near boules), ping-pong (loan of rackets and balls). And don't forget the multi-sports court for a good game of basketball or volleyball (ball loan) or the arcade games area (some with extra charge). Treat yourself to a game of tennis (extra charge). And for the more adventurous, there's a zip-line and an accro-game structure.
There is no supervised children's club with fixed dates and times, but from the opening of the campsite until 01/09, the youngest (4 to 12 years) are not left out, with several dedicated activities per week, depending on the activities schedule: make-up, painting, cutting, balloon, theater, treasure hunt... workshops.
Schedules are indicative and subject to change. Some activities are not guaranteed outside July and August. The entertainment program may be subject to certain adjustments, and some activities may not be available from time to time, depending on the weather, visitor numbers and official sanitary conditions in force at the time of your stay. - Services available on site:As soon as the campsite opens, at any time of day (times to be consulted on site), you can sip a cocktail or take a coffee break at the bar. From 01/05 to 15/09, discover the specialties of the Vendée over a delicious meal at the restaurant, or for those with a small appetite, head to the snack bar for pizza, paninis or poulet-frites.
You can also take advantage of the mini-market, with all 1st necessity products, newspapers and bread and pastries for your hearty breakfasts.
Wifi is available throughout the site (extra charge).
On the practical side: laundry facilities (extra charge) and ironing facilities (on request from reception).
For the ultimate grilling pleasure, you can rent a gas barbecue (use subject to prefectoral authorization). Personal electric and charcoal barbecues/planchas are prohibited.
Or rent a bike for a ride on the many nearby cycle paths (extra charge).
