Nice house with a small lake plot in cozy Kråkelund. Here you live only 20m from the sea and can enjoy a lovely patio deck with outdoor furniture right down by the seaside. There is also a pier with a bathing ladder where you can take a cooling dip. There is a small rowing boat for exploring the area at sea. Note that the jetty is shared with another boat owner who has his berth here. Life jackets for both children and adults are available. In front of the house down towards the sea is a neighboring house, so the plot belonging to the house is to the left of that house and thus narrows down towards the sea. You also have two patios up by the house. At the front there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the sea view in comfortable outdoor furniture. At the gable end of the house is a patio deck with lounge furniture. Here you can enjoy grilling a piece of food for the evening. The house has a kitchen with a nice dining area. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be made into an extra double bed. Extra bed mattresses are available for comfort. There is also a TV and a wood-burning stove here. The stove was only used by people who mastered the technology. Bring your own firewood. In the bedroom there is a double bed.
