The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance which opens directly onto the living room area, with a sofa, a television, a coffee table, this space also opens onto a refurbished equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, kettle, etc.), A dining table that can accommodate 4 people. Two large windows make up the living room, kitchen area which overlooks the interior courtyard.
- A bedroom with a 160*200 bed, which overlooks the living room, a large glass roof, which can be closed with blackout blinds, and a small office area. A sliding door to close the bedroom.
