If you want to spend a happy Holiday a few steps from the sea and close to the famous centre of Forte dei Marmi, Terrazza Abele is the right choice!
It is just a few steps away from the beaches of Versilia, in an excellent location, 5 minutes by car from the centre of town, 7 minutes by car from the beaches of Massa and 20 minutes by car from Viareggio.
In 75 minutes by car (or 1 hour and 30 minutes by train) you can reach the most famous city of art in Italy, Florence, and in 2 hours Siena. In 30 minutes (both by car and train) you can reach Lucca. Going in the direction of the mountains instead in 35 minutes we will be at the beginning of the paths of the Apuan Alps.
The flat is rented on the first floor of a beautiful building in a secondary street and is divided as follows:
Bedroom : With a double bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom : With toilet, shower cubicle, washbasin and bidet.
Kitchen : Cooker with 4 gas rings, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and oven. It also has a comfortable peninsula to use as a worktop for cooking.
Lounge : With sofa, dining table and a brand new smart TV. Terrace : Last but not least, the beautiful terrace, with a curtain that shelters from the hot Tuscan summer sun, which offers the possibility of eating outdoors for up to 8 people, for dining in company.
From 1 November to 16 April, heating costs 7 Euro per day.
