The house is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean from every balcony and the infinity pool. The property is surrounded by tropical gardens with a man-made waterfall. We have a private on-site bar, a large pavilion, and we are located less than a five minute walk from the beach, restaurants and a lively nightlife. This 7 bedroom house is made of three floors with separate entrances. Each floor has their own balcony, living room and kitchen with all the basics. The first floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, the second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the third floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second floor has a balcony with an outdoor dining table and seating for the entire house along with amazing ocean views. The common area includes the infinity pool on the first floor, on-site bar, outdoor shower, BBQ gas grill, hammocks event pavilion and seating areas. The outdoor staircase leading from the infinity pool down to the event pavilion is picturesque - great for weddings or Instagram moments.

Summary: Our multi-generation family group had a spectacular week in the big house. Being able to spread out into various living areas was great: some played pool, others swam, played board games, journaled or read. Lovely. Then we all gathered for dinners on the 3rd floor veranda. Sandy Beach was perfect for swimming every day. The whole week exceeded expectations! One caution: tiled floors are slippery when wet!
