Two large lighted parking areas which are suitable for large trucks and long trailers on site. The lighted carport in back houses ATVs, DIRT BIKES, UTVs and Cars and Trucks. A lighted online workspace is available for all with a compact refrigerator for extra drinks. Patio furniture is housed on a 16x20 [screened-in] porch for outdoor dining and recliners for relaxation. Indoor dining has a fully stocked kitchen enhanced with a microwave blender and toaster. Pots pans utensils plates cups and glasses are present along with dishcloths and cleaning supplies. A coffee nook with a new Keurig and Mr. Coffee. The living room has five reclining units with futon and a 60 in TV. DVDs are abundant and there are numerous magazines for the avid reader. Bedrooms have a King, Queen, Full and 2 Twin-sized beds & a Futon. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows are present. All Bed spaces have a Smart TV and a firestick for streaming numerous programs. FREE WIFI GOES THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. There’s lighting on both the front and back porches and motion lights, as well. A keyless pad lock is on the back entrance and padlocks are present on all entry doors. Fire alarms are installed and a fire extinguisher is present. Disinfectants are used throughout the unit for health and safety.
